Algonquin Ridge is committed to the uplifting of LGBTQ2S+ voices, the celebration of LGBTQ2S+ culture and the support of LGBTQ2S+ rights. In late March, elementary and secondary students from across Simcoe County represented their schools at the Simcoe County Regional Science and Technology Fair.

Since 2018, the SCDSB has been sharing highlights from schools through a weekly video series. Building on that success, this spring we’re launching the SCDSB Weekly, with a new host and fresh new look!

The ‘halls are alive with the sound of music’ at SCDSB schools as various choirs, bands, and ensembles have been practicing for, and performing and competing at, local and provincial music festivals.
